• How do I sign up for Peach Rewards?

  Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by clicking here and entering your name, email and password. It’s free to join and you’ll automatically be signed up so you’re the first to hear about special promotions and our newest products! If you currently have a PeachSkinSheets account you’ve already been enrolled in our VIPeach Loyalty program, so all you have to do is sign in and start earning rewards!

• Where can I find all of my Peach Rewards account info?

  The Peach Rewards page is your roadmap to all of your points perks and Peach Dollars! You can access your dashboard by clicking here or by clicking 'VIPeach Points Rewards' under the "Explore More +" tab.

• Tell me more about the easy ways to earn points!

  To start, you get $5 Peach Dollars (100 points) just for joining Peach Rewards, to use immediately on our site! Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points! You can also view many more options for earning points in the "Ways to earn" section in your Peach Rewards page.

• How is my Peach Rewards tier determined?

  Your Peach Rewards tier is determined by the amount you spend in a calendar year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st)
  
  To reach:
  Sweet Peach, you must spend $100
  Peachy Keen, you must spend $300
  Peach Perfect, you must spend $400
  VIPeach, you must spend $500+
  
  Once your spend hits the next tier, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year!

• How do I get to the next tier?

  Tiers are determined by how much you spend. The more you buy, the higher the tier and the better the perks! As you move up, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

• Do tiers expire or reset?

  You must continue to spend to remain in your tier. Whatever tier you achieve in the current calendar year (Jan 1st –Dec 31st), you keep for next year.
  For instance, if you spend $400 and achieve Peach Perfect status for the current year, you stay in Peach Perfect through all of next year. At the start of next year, you will keep your earned tier and perks, however, your spend towards that tier's threshold resets to $0 and you must spend the designated tier amount (in this case, $400) to ensure that you remain in that tier beyond next year.
  Do you drop tiers? Let's say you spend $400 this year, achieve Peach Perfect status, and get to stay in that tier for all of next year. If you then only spend $300 next year then you will move back down to Peachy Keen the following year. But if you spend $400 again, you remain in Peach Perfect the following year.

• Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

  Double check you used the same email as the email on your Peach Rewards account. If you used a different email in error, email customer support at customercare@peachskinsheets.com to help you apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your Peach Rewards balance.

• How do points convert to Peach Dollars?

  100 points = $5 Peach Dollars
  Higher tiers earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $5 Peach Dollars. For example, for Just Peachy (tier 1) you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you'll earn 100 points = $5 in Peach Dollars.
  

  When you move up to Sweet Peach (tier 2) you will be earning points 2x as fast, ex. spend $100→ earn 200 points = $10 Peach Dollars.
  

  Peachy Keen (tier 3) will earn 3x as fast, earning $15 Peach Dollars on a $100 purchase, Peach Perfect (tier 4) earns 4x as fast, receiving $20 Peach Dollars for the same purchase until you get to VIPeach (the top tier!). There you will earn 5x as fast!

• Do Peach Dollars ever expire?

  If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 2 years (24 months), you will be considered a dormant user and your Peach Dollars and points will return to zero.

• How do I redeem my Peach Dollars at checkout?

  To redeem your Peach Dollars at checkout, use the Rewards drop down above the promo code box, choose the reward you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. You can apply up to $20 Peach Dollars per order or save your points for a free $79 or $99 set!

• How do I apply Peach Dollars when using Shop Pay Quick Checkout or Paypal?

  If you have set up Shop Pay to check out quicker you can still use your Peach Dollars! Enter the code sent to you, when you are taken to the next page - click the arrow at the top next to our logo to go back to a traditional check out. Your information will be saved but you will be taken to the Peach Rewards drop down and can proceed with adding your Peach Dollars and checking out!
  
  If you hit the back button and do not see the rewards dropdown, it’s likely you are in your cart and not the checkout page (to confirm this, it will say “Your Shopping Cart” at the top). In this case, hit “checkout” to go back to Shop Pay, then hit “Continue as a Guest” at the bottom. This will take you to the checkout page with the rewards dropdown. Once you apply your Peach Dollars and click “Apply”, you will be taken back to Shop Pay where your rewards will be reflected and you can complete your purchase.
  
  If you are paying via Paypal, you will have the option to apply your Peach Dollars after linking Paypal and before officially placing your order.

• Can I use my Peach Dollars during sales?

  Yes, Peach Dollars can be used at any time and can be combined with promo codes! If a promotion requires a discount code, enter the discount code in the promo code box and apply your Peach Dollars via the rewards dropdown.

• Are there any items Peach Dollars can't be applied to?

  Peach Dollars can be applied to anything on our site except gift cards and fundraiser orders. Also, since Peach Rewards are exclusive to our website they would not be able to be applied to offsite purchases.

• I've reached VIPeach Tier Status! How is my free shipping applied at checkout?

  As a VIPeach tier member your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in! Please note free shipping applies only to standard Contiguous US Shipping.

• How can I get a birthday reward?

  Add your birthday under the ‘ways to earn’ section of the Peach Rewards Page. On your birthday we will deposit bonus points into your account which in turn can be used as Peach Dollars toward a purchase. Treat yourself!

• What is 'entry into new colors giveaway'?

  Once you reach tier level 2, you will automatically be entered into any drawings we have as a result of a new color release. For example if you are in tier 2 or higher when we release our next new PeachSkinSheets color, you are automatically entered to win a set!

• How does my permanent extra % off Colors of the Month work?

  Once you reach Peach Perfect status you will automatically receive an extra % off of any product(s) in our Colors of the Month sale. Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout and can be used on any orders placed while you hold Peach Perfect or VIPeach tier status - no codes or links to remember! Just make sure you are signed into your Peach Rewards account!

• How do annual gifts work?

  Once a year, our Peach Perfect and VIPeach tier members receive a surprise gift via email or snail mail – get excited!

• What happens to my Peach Dollars earned on a purchase if I decide to return that item?

  Peach Dollars are immediately rewarded to you after your purchase. If you then decide to return some or all of your order, the Peach Dollars earned on returned items will also be removed from your Peach Rewards balance. If you use your Peach Dollars before you know if you are keeping an item and decide to return that item, it is possible to carry a negative balance and you will have to earn more Peach Dollars to get back to a positive balance.

• What happens if I use my Peach Dollars toward a purchase and then return the item?

  If you use your Peach Dollars toward a purchase and later decide to return that item, your Peach Dollars will be credited back to your Peach Rewards account. For example, if you use $10 Peach Dollars toward a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 Peach Dollars will be deposited back into your Peach Rewards account in the form of points.

• What if I have an old email address I'm no longer using or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

  Contact customer service by emailing customercare@peachskinsheets.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts!

• How does the “Give $10, Get $10” referral program work?

  Give your friends & family $10 off their first order of $75+ and get $10 (200 Peach Points) for each successful referral order! Just enter their email and click ‘next’ or hit ‘Copy Link’ on the bottom left of the Referral box at the bottom of the Peach Rewards Page to send the offer to them directly. You can also post your referral link on FB, Twitter, Messenger and WhatsApp. Once they click the link, they will receive their offer in the form of a promo code and you get $10 Peach Dollars once they’ve placed their order. Promo codes can’t be combined.

• Is it possible for me to lose access to my points and perks I have earned?

  Points and Peach Dollars will expire if you fail to make at least 1 purchase every 2 years (24 months). Tiers and tier perks are based on yearly spend and expire if you fail to purchase within a calendar year. If we ever decide to end Peach Rewards, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s Peach Rewards membership if we believe you are in violation of the program, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaged in fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the Peach Rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or PeachSkinSheets, or you opt out of Peach Rewards, you will lose any unused Peach Dollars as well as all Peach Rewards points that have not been redeemed.
